This is an instrumental song with a Nu-Jazz style. The song starts with the sound of a clock to convey the difficulty of falling asleep at night. As the song progresses, different instruments join in to simulate the emergence of thoughts that were left unprocessed during the day. Sometimes, I don't want to think that hard, or else I can't get enough sleep. However, most of the time, I still enjoy these moments. On certain specific nights, these situations can even lead to some enlightenment. It's kind of like "Show thoughts”, I guess? It was on such a night that I decided to create this album after tossing and turning in bed. The first song, "Insomnia," was born from that moment.
